You fill out a questionnaire and send us photos or screenshots of what you love. You don't need exact measurements to start: we even work from the developer's floor plans, and we confirm every measurement during the process.

You step into your Virtual Space

We build a digital replica of your apartment and you walk in with your Live Avatar: you take the Virtual Tour, see the space in Panoramic View and try furniture from our 3D Virtual Catalog with Live Changes. And something magical happens: being "inside", you remember your real daily life — where you drop your keys, what happens when your mom visits — and the design comes out so precise it never falls apart once you live there.

Flow & ROI Design Sessions

In your Flow Session we optimize circulation, layout and sense of space — key in small apartments. In your ROI Design Session we define materials, colors and lighting, weighing every decision on three levels: it must look beautiful, work in your daily life, and make the most of your investment.

Your questions, answered

How long does the design take?

The complete design takes 25 business days. If you want your space ready for a special date, let's start early.

I only have the floor plans of my apartment — can I start?

Yes, and it's actually ideal! We've been designing apartments from floor plans for years. Starting about 8 months before delivery lets you coordinate changes with the developer (outlets, light points) and buy during sale seasons — big savings.

Do I need measured drawings to get a quote?

No. For your quote we only need the approximate size, how many rooms it has and which spaces you want designed. Exact measurements come later, during the process.

How do the online sessions work?

We meet on Zoom. You step into the 3D replica of your apartment with your Live Avatar, walk through it, and we change furniture, colors and materials live until every detail feels right. No design moves forward without your approval.

I live abroad but my apartment is in Lima, Peru — can you handle everything?

Yes — that's our turnkey service: we design with you over Zoom, you hand us the keys, and you receive your finished apartment with daily reports from the build. Ask us on WhatsApp.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes: 50% to start, then 30% and 20% on dates you schedule. Pay upfront and get a 10% discount.

What if I can't find a piece in my country?

Your design uses timeless, widely available pieces on purpose. And if something isn't available, your master plan includes the exact measurements and specs, so any local workshop can build it — or we suggest an equivalent.
